Ditmas Row

Overview

The entry sets the register — a backlit bronze DITMAS ROW letterset on a large-format limestone plane, a fluted plaster plinth washed from above, and a coffered ceiling with a warm concealed cove.

Circulation is treated as architecture rather than leftover space. Olive-and-bone hexagonal terrazzo runs the full length of the corridors, barrel-vaulted cove ends close each view, and bronze elevator surrounds, alabaster sconces and oak mail-room millwork mark the shared functions.

On residential floors the palette softens: stone wainscot with a bronze inlay line, walnut panelling and wide oak plank flooring. Bathrooms continue the same stone family with a walnut vanity, illuminated marble niche and a slim linear light.
